Here at The Hive Cookery School, we work closely with the UK's leading ski Tour Operators to help them source the best and brightest chalet hosts.  Each student will leave The Hive with a detailed reference to help you secure a chalet host job with a reputable employer.

As soon as you're booked onto a course, we can offer advice on your CV, covering letter and menu plans and give you hints and tips to help you impress at interview.  Although it's not guaranteed, during most courses we have visits from at least one major UK Tour Operator.

Just some of the Tour Operators with whom we have close links are listed below.

"Chris was super helpful with job applications and my CV/menu plan before I even arrived - which has helped me secure a job already."

"Lots of helpful advice before the course contributed to getting our job offer."

"Thanks to your Cookery School, Mountain Heaven have offered me a job as a Chalet Host!"

"Many thanks to Chris for overlooking everything and helping us out finding employment."

If you are a Tour Operator or chalet owner interested in working with us for your recruitment needs, please contact Chris.  See below for a selection of feedback we've received from current Tour Operator partners:

"When recruiting staff for a winter season, it is essential to find the right people for the job.  That's where The Hive Cookery School comes in handy.  The fact that pupils are learning within an actual chalet and from experienced tutors means that the training they are getting is second to none.  Being such a small team means the feedback we get from the tutors on potential staff is invaluable and really sets them aside from other cookery schools."  Mountain Heaven

"I deal with a few other cookery schools and I like your personal approach and can rely on you to give honest down to earth feedback which is crucial when recruiting staff."  Ski Val

"I just wanted to let you know, your graduate Daisy did a fantastic job for us last season in Courchevel and she is coming back to join us next winter in Val d'Isere.  Thank you!" Le Ski
